Turned away from an outing didn’t plane for, family decided to check out PieTap! From the moment you walk in and the mallet door handle, to the welcoming Host, wonderful lady(please forgive me I’m bad with names! She had kinda long pink nails), and our server Alexandra. There was a slight wait to get food but not nearly as bad as other places I’ve been to, menu items are made from scratch so well worth the wait!!. Food was delicious, portions rather sizable and for those interested they have a bar area and variety of alcoholic beverages. They are kid friendly, but I did not see seats and boosters (maybe hidden away.) If I’m ever in the area again I would really like try their pizza!

My husband and I had such a fantastic time eating at Pie Tap Italian restaurant after a exciting day at Universal Kids Resort. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were truly amazing. The sourdough pizza was tasty, and the Caesar salad was fresh and delicious. They offered fantastic happy hour specials that made the whole experience even better. We were lucky enough to be taken care of by two outstanding servers, Lexey and Emily, who went above and beyond to make our meal exceptional. Huge thanks to them for their amazing service!!

Pie Tap completely exceeded our expectations. Every bite tasted like it was made from scratch with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The pizzas have that perfect balance of a crisp, flavorful crust, generous toppings, and incredible homemade flavors, while the salads are anything but an afterthought—they’re vibrant, fresh, and packed with ingredients that actually taste garden-fresh. The lunch special with a half salad and half pizza is one of the best values around. It was the perfect portion and honestly one of the most satisfying lunches we’ve had in a long time. If you’re on the fence, order it—you won’t regret it. The drink program is just as impressive. Their happy hour starts earlier than almost anywhere else we’ve found, and the local craft taps are not only thoughtfully curated but priced better than just about anywhere. St. Charles, Missouri desperately needs a Pie Tap! It would fit the community perfectly and would become an instant neighborhood favorite. Between the fresh ingredients, creative menu, outstanding value, and relaxed atmosphere, Pie Tap is the kind of place you’ll find yourself craving long after you leave.

Third visit to Pietap but first time trying weekend brunch — and somehow the best visit yet. Our waiter was exceptional, the best service we’ve had across all three visits. Started with cinnamon rolls — one order, two rolls, absolutely worth it. Irish coffee and a Bloody Mary loaded with thick bacon and a slice of Pietap pizza on top. The sausage breakfast sandwich with fries was outstanding. The egg white omelet with hollandaise and spinach was the one miss — left some behind. $105.01 with tip for two including cocktails. SAS Verdict: Approved. Pietap brunch deserves its own reputation separate from dinner and lunch. Book it.

My husband and I came here for a little date on Saturday. Our waiter was amazing. I have no issue with the staff or the ambiance. It's just that I found the food to just be so so I had ordered the chicken lollipops but they were hard and not good. That bread and the ricotta is amazing. I would definitely recommend that and then we got the salami pizza. It just was really heavy. I don't know why because the bread dough is not heavy. So just overall it wasn't necessarily a place that we would go back but it's not bad
